Maintenance, abuse prevention, or third-party API changes may affect functionality. ## Intellectual Property The VideoToText Service, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Extracted transcript text remains subject to the rights of the original content owners. ## Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the past 12 months. You use the Service at your own risk. ## Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
